There’s a new experience in town that we can’t wait to try. Straight from the award-winning show that has almost a dozen different spin-offs, MasterChef, The TV Experience has finally opened its doors in Dubai. They will be serving authentic MasterChef dishes in a deformalised dining experience at the world first TV-to-plate dining concept.
The restaurant will feature a specially-curated menu of 36 dishes put together by Head Chef Margarita Vaamonde-Beggs from more than 120 champion and finalist recipes from various international productions of the hit global series.
Every dish on the menu will have its origin on the famous show and includes Venison loin rubbed with chilli and coffee created by MasterChef US 2016 Champion Shaun O’Neale, Seabass fillet baked in lavash bread by MasterChef UK 2017 champion Saliha Mahmood Ahmed, and Rolled mushroom gnocchi by MasterChef Australia 2014 finalist Laura Cassai.
MasterChef, The TV Experience’s Mystery Box option allows adventurous diners to select five ingredients from 10 protein, vegetable and condiment options and challenge Chef Margarita and her team to bring the ingredients to life within 40-minutes.
Guests arriving at MasterChef, the TV Experience, will instantly feel in familiar surroundings with the restaurant’s quasi ‘industrial’ interior design – complete with a dedicated drinks bar – inspired by the recognisable setting of the TV series. Food will be served on classic white ‘casual’ china with sturdy, yet lightweight, cutlery ensuring the focus remains firmly on food.
