Welcome to The Esquire Townhouse, our annual event that sees the Middle East’s leading men’s magazine come to life over three days, through a series of activations, talks, masterclasses, private dinners and a whole lot more.
We’re not sure if you’ve ever visited the Esquire Townhouse, but for those who haven’t then it’s safe for us to say that there’s a good number of extremely well-dressed men and women about. And some of that credit must surely go to The Esquire Townhouse’s resident tailor, Sartor.

Now in Italian, Sartor means ‘professional garment maker’, and that’s exactly what you get when you walk through the door to this magnificent pop-up tailor. This is actually the second year that Sartor has been with us at The Townhouse, mainly due to many of last year’s guests enjoying the sartorial experience.
Every tailor has a speciality, and Sartor’s plays on the brands experience in the world of textiles. The company has been in the business for over twelve years, so it’s safe to say it knows a thing or two about how to make a suit. But it doubles down on that ethos by promising clients a trendy, modern example of Italian Tailoring.

At Esquire Townhouse, Sartor brought many of its top-of-the-line Italian fabrics, including the likes of Ermenegildo Zegna and Loro Piana, as well as guidance and consultation on what trends, colours and styles would best suit each of its guests. All this means that the quality of their made-to-measure service is as good as its bespoke suiting.
