The Xperia XZ Premium comes in all guns blazing, with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset – a cutting-edge processor that makes it very smart indeed – along with a whopping 5.5-inch display with a 4K resolution.
For the technophobe’s among you, 4K means that it has four times the number of pixels as your flat screen telly at home (making the display eye-blisteringly gorgeous).
And did we mention the camera? Not only does it shoot pixel-perfect 19-megapixel (that’s more than many DSLRs by the way) as well as 4K video, but packs a mind-blowing 960fps slow-motion mode, which is more than four times slower than other flagship smartphone snappers currently on the market.
There’s a new ‘Rosso’ model in town, which means the glass front-and-back case now comes in a shiny red hue.
