The British car marquis has had a phenomenal two decades of racing

Aston Martin is celebrating its racing pedigree with a new Vantage Legacy Collection.

Over the last two decades, the automaker has won two 24 Hours of Le Mans victories, seven FIA World Endurance Championship titles, and a host of other championships including the British GT, the GT World Challenge and the European Le Mans Series.

The collection is based on the V8 Vantage road car, and comes in three flavours: a Vantage GT4, the Vantage V12 GT3 and the V8 Vantage GTE.

“For a collector, this trio of Aston Martin Racing Vantages represents the ultimate tribute to a halcyon period for the brand in international sportscar racing,” said Aston Martin Racing’s president David King.

“While Aston Martin has since gone on to record world championship titles with the current generation turbo-charged V8 Vantage, the foundations laid by the huge success of the original car won it admirers the around the globe and led to it becoming a firm favourite with racing fans. The Legacy collection is a beautiful sign-off for this wonderful car.”

This set of motors will be incredibly exclusive; there will only be one set planned (and it can only be picked up as a set of three cars).

Each car has been finished with matching livery of green with yellow accents.

There is no pricing or availability information as of yet (but rest assured, the three-car set will be appropriately priced if you catch our drift).
