BMW has officially unveiled its sportiest ever SUV

German automaker BMW has pulled the wraps off its all-new BMW X6 Coupe, its sportiest ever SUV.

Compared to the current generation of X6 motors, the new version is both wider and longer. The more dynamic proportions are made even more impactful by the imposing nose-cone, complete with BMW’s signature double grille.

And for the first time, BMW is letting punters add an adaptive LED front-lighting laser headlight.

Inside the cabin, you get Vernasca leather seats, and a folding rear seat that lets the trunk go from 580-litre capacity, to 1,530. It will also be possible to include massage seats for both the driver and front passenger, as well as both warming and cooling cup holders.

Under the hood, there’s the choice between two petrol engines (400 and 530-horsepower) and two diesel (265 and 340-horsepower) along with an eight-speed Steptronic gearbox (as well as the latest generation of the BMW xDrive system.

You also get the brand’s “Hey BMW” voice assistant, which lets you ask the car all sorts of questions including vehicle status and navigation.
