The Xbox Series S is one of the worst kept secrets in the world right now.
Not only has the new console appeared in official Microsoft documents and controller packaging, but now it seems Microsoft is actively mailing out pamphlets mentioning it to Xbox users.
According to Twitter user @BraviaryBrendan, he asked for a replacement Xbox controller and received a Game Pass Ultimate Trial code sheet, mentioning the Xbox Series S.
The leaflet reads, “Includes Xbox Live Gold and unlimited access to over 100 high-quality games on Xbox Series X/S”.
I got a new controller for my Xbox since mine was broken. Interestingly enough, the Game Pass Ultimate trial code sheet mentions the unannounced @Xbox Series S. It’s definitely a thing. pic.twitter.com/GX1rOYG5g7

Interestingly, the controller that Brendan picked up isn’t new.
The new Microsoft Xbox Series S is expected to have a much bigger 4 TFLOP GPU, but the same CPU and storage capabilities of the Series X.
While both Microsoft and Sony have revealed specifications of the new Xbox Series X and the PS5 respectively, it’s also expected that both firms will release ‘Pro’ models of the same consoles a year or so later.
