Another gem on the Middle Eastern culinary scene

Following his success with Pots, Pans and Boards at The Beach JBR, British Michelin star chef Tom Aiken has very recently opened his seventh Tom’s Kitchen in Deli style at Riverland, Dubai Parks and Resorts. The deli aims to provide a casual and family friendly dining environment for those visiting the Middle East’s integrated theme park.

Before opening, Chef Aiken has been devoting his time and Michelin star expertise to the deli, which is a promising sign, he was recently on site at the stylish space spending time with the culinary team to produce and finalise the varied menu. Dubai is now a culinary hotspot and to get involved means you have to bring something fairly distinct to the table (pun very much intended), the Deli with its colourful ceiling, witty wall illustrations and stylish furniture may be fitting that ‘distinct’ description, without even mentioning the food.

The family friendly deli offers a fun and lively environment with a colorful statement ceiling, witty wall illustrations, and stylish furniture

Tom’s Kitchen Deli will offer a set menu as well as a daily changing menu of healthy yet indulgent options, including a selection of wraps and paninis, all freshly made with fresh produce.  With an emphasis on where food comes from and how it’s grown, even if you don’t go for the healthy option, you’re still in good hands. Just to ensure your about to explode on departure, a fine mixture of deserts is also on offer.
