The city is about to get a tasty new food and cultural market

Time Out Market has just announced its first selection of talented chefs and restaurants for its inaugural opening, in the first quarter of 2021.

The Market will open in Downtown Dubai’s Souk Al Bahar, and let diners get up close and personal with some of the city’s best homegrown concepts.

The first to sign on are Esquire’s favourites chef Nick and Scott, who run Folly (a regular staple on our Best Restaurants List). Next up is Masti – known for its Indian fusion food – and BB social, which gives diners a heady mix of European/Middle Eastern cuisine.

Time Out Market will also champion Vietnamese Foodies, burger joint Pickl, Piftire for New York meets Neapolitan pizza, Brix for dessert and Nightjar for an after dinner coffee.

The Time Out Market will bring the best of Dubai to life, through food, drink and cultural experiences.

Dubai will join a long list of other Time Out Market locations, including Lisbon, Miami, New York, Boston, montreal and Chicago.

All in all, Time Out Market Dubai will span almost 10,000-square-metres and give diners 17 restaurants to choose from, along with three bars, art and cultural spaces.

Stay tuned for more updates on the Time Out market – including the rest of the culinary lineup – coming soon.
