If you think you’re funny – and love schnitzel – then McDonald’s new promotion is one for you.
If you head to the Jumeirah Beach Residence McDonald’s at The Walk on Tuesday, January 16, you can bag yourself McD’s all-new schnitzel dish. From 11am, just wander in to the store, walk up to the counter, and tell them your version of one of the world’s most tired jokes:
“Why did the chicken cross the road?”
In exchange for your time, effort and comedy, you will be rewarded with your very own schnitzel for free. For those who may be unawares, a schnitzel is a chicken breast coated in breadcrumbs.
McDonalds says this is all part of a marketing campaign to combat the January blues. However, our Spider sense tells us it is a ploy to sell more schnitzels.
Regardless, head on down to JBR next Tuesday and have a crack at winning a free schnitzel.
