One of the true international stars of modern Middle Eastern cooking, the Michelin-approved chef Greg Malouf makes his return to the UAE this month for a brief stint at Intersect by Lexus.
The Australian-Lebanese chef will take over the kitchens at the DIFC lifestyle hub from October 11 to 13, serving up his signature style of regional cooking using Western techniques.
Spaces for the ‘Michelin-star culinary experience’ are still available, as Malouf at the team serve up four courses with an option of drinks pairing.
