The Bulgari Hotel has chosen to open up ship in South Beach, Miami. It will be the first hotel from the luxury house based in the United States.
The first Bulgari Hotel opened up in Milan, quickly followed by London, Dubai, Bali, Beijing and Shanghai. Over the next few years it will open up in Paris, Rome and Moscow – along with Miami Beach in 2024.
The hotel will be located on 21st street, in a modernist building designed by Albert Anis. It originally served as a winter getaway from the Hollywood elite in the 1950s.
The 100 room – most of them suites – hotel will include a large outdoor swimming pool, spa and fitness center.
The Bulgari restaurant and bar will be looked-after by three-star Michelin chef Niko Romito.
“We are convinced that the Bulgari Hotel Miami Beach, to be opened in 2024, will represent an irresistible Roman Jeweler Hospitality, a unique ultra-luxury experience in the American upscale hotel market,” Jean-Christophe Babin, CEO of Bulgari, said in a statement.
