New song talks about the murder of US President John F. Kennedy

Feeling unproductive during COVID-19 lockdown? You’re not the only one, but the recent coronavirus lockdown has been a shot of inspiration to some of the music world’s biggest names.

Case in point: Bob Dyland, who has just produced his first single in more than eight years.

The singer – whose most recent album Tempest – was released back in 22, has delighted fans by releasing a new track that lasts more than 17-minutes.

‘Murder Most Foul’ tells the story of the murder of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy. According to RollingStone.com, the song “expands into an impressionistic, elegiac, increasingly apocalyptic journey through what feels like the entire 1960s (complete with references to the Who’s Tommy, Woodstock and Altamont) and then perhaps all of 20th century America.”

It is thought that this single will pave the way for another album to launch later this year.
