And it goes way back to the original Iron Man film

Marvel has confirmed an Iron man Easter Egg in Avengers: Endgame, that has weirdly gone unseen for almost a year.

[‘SPOILERS, DUH. FILM CAME OUT LAST YEAR SO AT THIS POINT IS IT EVEN A SPOILER?]

Cast your mind back to the moment when The Avengers are suited up and preparing to travel through the Quantum Realm, and go back in time to steal the infinity stones. In a moment of triumph, the characters put their fists in a circle.

And hey, doesn’t that circle look A LOT like Tony Stark’s original Arc Reactor?

Well, Marvel has now officially confirmed that the shot was a conscious decision via social media post.

Since the release of the Blu-Ray of the film (lettings them go through the film frame-by-frame), fans have found a load of different Easter Eggs. Just last week, one Redditor saw in the original Thor film, where ever-so-briefly you can see in the top-down shot of Mjolnir the Avenger’s logo.

Considering Marvel fans are usually so on the ball with Easter Eggs, its surprising it took them all this long to clock these two.

Which begs the question: how many more are there left to find?
