And you won’t have to wait long, as the film drops only on Netflix on April 27.

Netflix has dropped the first look images of the upcoming Arabic psychological thriller, The Matchmaker, giving us a glimpse at the eerie and atmospheric story.

Set against the striking backdrop of historic AlUla, The Matchmaker is one of the first psychological thrillers from Saudi Arabia, according to the streamer.

Here’s the official synopisis.

The Matchmaker follows Tarek (Hussam Alharthy), an IT worker who becomes powerfully infatuated with his office’s beautiful intern (Nour Alkhadra). He follows her to a desert resort beset by bizarre forces, where a matchmaker (Reem Alhabib) promises men to pair them with their perfect bride. But when Tarek wanders outside the bounds of the resort, he uncovers an ancient vengeance.”

The Matchmaker is produced by Telfaz11 and directed by Abdulmohsin Aldabaan.

The movie is filmed entirely in AlUla, a UNESCO World Heritage site in Saudi Arabia.
