Dubai Fitness Challenge is back with 30-days of virtual and physical events this month

The Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) will kick off on its fourth edition starting October 30, 2020.

DFC will include 30 days of virtual and physical events that aim to get all Dubai residents that little bit fitter and healthier. And amidst a global pandemic, that’s obviously a very good thing.

The month-long fitness celebration will include a huge range of exercise and wellness events, all held in the highest standards of safety precautions and social distancing.

The general idea behind the Dubai Fitness Challenge is to have Dubai Residents complete 30 minutes of physical activity for every one of the 30 days the challenge runs.

Throughout the month there will be a calendar of events, sports, health and wellness programs, and for the first time ever virtual sessions will be available to make it easier for residents to complete their 30-day challenge.

Yoga Every Day
Adriene Mishler – an international yoga instructor – will be staging virtual classes each day of the 30-day challenge. Mishler currently ahs 5.5-million YouTube subscribers, and in the meantime you can check out her channel here
