As if Sole DXB wasn’t enough of a banging music festival to get you fired up, Stormzy has just been announced as the headliner for the upcoming Dubai 7’s Festival on November 29 – December 1 at The Seven Stadium. The iconic English rapper will close out the festival on Sunday, December 1 in what is slated to be one of the most exciting artists to come to the gulf in recent memory.

In a curious turn of events, on Saturday November 30, fans can watch Stormzy replace his microphone with a padel racket – yes, you read that correctly – as he competes against his friends in a mini tournament. And what could be better than observing the hand-eye-coordination of one of the best rappers of the modern age?
“Stormzy is one of the biggest names in music and we couldn’t think of anyone better to close our biggest festival to date,” said Emirates Dubai 7s Festival Director, Mathew Tait. “The Dubai 7s is always a fun-packed weekend with something for everyone and there is no doubt that Stormzy’s impact will be huge for each one of our festival go-ers.
