ZEGNA’s newly renovated Negozio in Dubai Mall reflects the brand’s refreshed identity under the artistic direction of Alessandro Sartori. The ZEGNA Dubai Mall embodies ZEGNA’s innovative vision, merging modernity with timeless Italian design.

 The Negozio reflects ZEGNA’s continued commitment to strengthening its presence in the Middle East, offering the community a unique shopping experience in one of the most prestigious luxury shopping destinations.

 The Dubai Mall Negozio integrates global design language with elements that resonate locally, introducing site-specific details and artisanal collaborations that ground it distinctly in the region, while offering an immersive, experiential environment for ZEGNA’s discerning clientele.  

 At the heart of the Negozio is a thoughtful selection of natural materials and Italian design, reflecting ZEGNA’s enduring values of authenticity, quality, and timeless elegance. The signature backlit wooden façade is reimagined as a sculptural wave, embracing the Negozio’s perimeter, while travertine stelae evoke the fluidity and permanence of natural elements.  

 Inside, the space is architecturally organized around two distinct naves: a central, double-height volume aligned with the main entrance, and a secondary, more intimate nave, defined by a lower ceiling and a softer spatial rhythm. A key innovation, introduced for the first time in a retail setting, is a full-height, backlit wall featuring a leather pattern and dual sliding panels. These sweeping, curved elements, clad in leather, gently partition the space, guiding visitors through their customer journey, a subtle nod to the brand’s textile division.

Highlighting the Dubai Mall Negozio is a series of bespoke, handwoven tapestries by Sardinian atelier Mariantonia Urru. Solid wood tables by Riva1920 celebrate heritage craftsmanship, while travertine and oak herringbone floors enhance the tactile and visual experience.  

Adding further depth and character are artworks inspired by Born in Oasi Zegna, the Rizzoli-published visual chronicle of the brand’s 115-year heritage. These pieces infuse the space with the colours and atmosphere of Oasi Zegna – a 100 km² natural territory in northern Italy that reflects the Founder’s vision of harmony between people and nature and is the home of ZEGNA’s values.  

Within the experience is ZEGNA X, which allows clients to design personalised wardrobes from 49 billion combinations. Featuring a state-of-the-art 3D style configurator that addresses the specific personal requirements of each client, the innovative service bridges the gap between physical stores and digital channels. Seamlessly integrating physical and digital retail, ZEGNA X allows clients’ unique choices to be ordered and delivered worldwide in less than four weeks.   The Negozio offers a fluid environment where visitors can explore the full breadth of ZEGNA’s collections from modern tailoring and elevated leisurewear to accessories, footwear, and tailoring services.
