It doesn’t matter who you are; good Samaritans come in all shapes and sizes.
For example, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, came to the aid of a cyclist who had fallen during a bicycle race just yesterday.
According to an Instagram post on the Emirates Vision account, the cyclist participating for the Al Wathba cycling team sustained minor injuries during the accident.
Sheikh Mohammed spotted the injured cyclist before pulling over to offer his assistance.
This is not the first time the Prime Minister of the UAE has come to the aid of people who need it. In 2018, he helped a European family whose vehicle got stuck in the UAE, helping to pull them out and get them back on their way.

The story went viral after it was first tweeted by Emaray Al Youm. The images and video show the ‘rescue’ including Sheikh Mohammed’s entourage offering tea and towels to the stuck tourists, as well as safely guiding them back to the main road so they could continue their journey safely.
