You can expect rough seas and waves up to 10-feet high

The UAE’s National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has said beach-goers should be wary of extra strong winds over the next few days.

In a statement, the NCM said to expect gusts greater than 55-kph. Not only is that ample enough wind to blow over your beach umbrella, but more importantly will contribute to extremely rough seas over the next few days.

This comes off the back of a slight temperature drop in the UAE, which is responsible for the humid and muggy weather the country is currently facing. That’s also why Dubai is so hazy at the moment.

Currently., temperaters are ranging between 40 and 44-degrees centigrade. However, we’re looking at a humidy rating of around 70 to 80-percent.

The NCM has also said the strong gusts could contribute to localised sandstorms in less built up areas of the UAE. So if you’re driving, drive safe.
