Chef Vladimir Mukhin’s Crab Market is worthy of being in the top list
Brought to you by one of the ‘World’s 50 Best’ chefs, Vladimir Mukhin’s Crab Market opened in Dubai with the hope of breathing new life into the city’s seafood scene — and has done so.
Known for both his appearance on Netflix’s Chef’s Table and for his spectacular White Rabbit restaurant in Moscow, Mukhin was inspired by fish markets around the world. The restaurant features an ice market and large tanks of seawater where guests can select their fresh seafood and live crabs.
The restaurant also features a special claw crane that dips into a large crab tank. Its signature dish, as the name suggests, is crab.
