The pair’s 17-year history continues to bear fruit

Bentley and Breitling have a new partnership watch.

The Chronomat – which is one of Breilting’s most famous pilot watches – has been gien the Bentley treatment, with a 42mm stainless steel case and features inspired by the car manufacturer.

You can find the car brand’s logo engraved on the transparent sapphire case back.

Alongside the stainless steel case, you also get a gree-coloured face, a unidirectional bezel, a self-winding mechanical movement and water resistance to 200 meters.

“The 1984 Chronomat occupies a very important place in our modern history,” Breitling CEO Georges Kern says in a press release. “The Chronomat Collection is a fitting tribute to the amazing watch that, more than any other, put us back in touch with our heritage.”

“Both Bentley and Breitling share illustrious heritages which have been the bedrock of future world-leading technological and design developments for our brands,” Adrian Hallmark, Bentley chairman and CEO, added.

“The new Chronomat Bentley exemplifies this commitment to honoring our authentic values while creating a new and enduring icon for today’s modern customers.’’

The new Bentley Chronomat is available right now for around US$8,100.
