Dubai-based Iraqi illustrator and muralist Marwan Shakarchi has collaborated with the British apparel brand Fred Perry for a limited-edition capsule of its classic polo shirt.
Marwan is best known for the iconic cloud he created, which became the backbone of the street-art movement known as Myneandyours. His distinctive artistic style, rooted in street culture, seamlessly aligns with Fred Perry’s brand ethos, fostering a collaboration that merges fashion with art in a compelling dialogue.
The collab – out April 24, 2024 – sees three classic Fred Perry Shirt used as a blank canvas as part of a design dialogue between the artist and the storied clothing brand.

“I am thrilled to collaborate with the iconic British brand Fred Perry, to fuse fashion & art, design & dialogue – to create a conversation, and stimulate curiosity,” says Marwan Shakarchi.
With three Fred Perry Shirts in the collection, each one features distinctive cloud and lightning motifs with embroidered patches on the chest and back.
“The pieces we have designed represent hope and empowerment, highlighted by cross-cultural beauty showcased through the symbolic clouds,” Shakarchi concludes.
