Perhaps predictably, yet equally jaw dropping nonetheless, Zegna delivered a star studded runway show at Men’s fashion week.

A single glance at their iconic dark orange, brown and black hues immediately evokes the image of Dune – replacing sandworms with Italian, sartorial excellence…and Mads Mikkelsen, of course.

Mads is wearing the latest iteration of the “Il Conte” jacket, in a deep terracotta calf leather. The new icon is styled with a chocolate brown jacquard knit and a tailored wide legged five pocket trouser. To finish the look, he wears the new loafer “Mocassin” and totes leather bags in the same deep terracotta calf leather as “Il Conte”.

Within the white walls of the cavernous, industrial space, a sudden flush of linen plants invaded the floor, drawing a curtain around the makeshift runway, filtering the light, bringing life into a lifeless place.

Fashion is a lab in which artistic director, Alessandro Sartori, tirelessly experiments with shapes, attitudes and fabrics, yielding the result you see before you. And in the Oasi of Linen, no two individuals are perfectly alike, which makes their style ineffable.
