Louis Vuitton has unveiled SEE LV in Dubai.

The travelling exhibition’s third stop follows the world-wide inauguration in Wuhan
in 2020 and then Hangzhou in 2021. It’s located at the Dubai Fountain until March 7.

What is SEE LV? Mixing archival objects from the Maison’s heritage collection with recent creations, SEE LV allows visitors to delve deep into the world of Louis Vuitton through immersive and interactive digital experiences.

Dubai was the next natural home for the exhibition, according to LV.

“Dubai today is one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world, home to over
200 nationalities; a city that lives, breathes, and provides a sense of possibility
and innovation. With an exceptional coastline, majestic desert, and breathtaking
cityscapes, including the tallest building in the world, Dubai has proven to be a city
where the nexus of East and West makes for a stunning display of cultural diversity
that spills over onto the business realm, and everyday life. This makes Dubai
the natural next step for SEE LV’s 2022 journey,” said Louis Vuitton in a statement.

Inside, visitors are greeted by a portrait of young Louis Vuitton, conceived by artist
Refik Anadol using Artificial Intelligence, then enter a room featuring a reverse-chronology

visitors starstruck. Next is an entire room dedicated to Louis Vuitton’s major contributions
to the invention of luggage typologies, ranging from the iconic Wardrobe trunk
to the Skateboard trunk, 1920s Auto trunks to 2020’s Louis Vuitton 2054 raincoat-tent.
