Kim Jones and company are bringing the might of the House of Dior all the way to the Middle East.
The much-anticipated Autumn 2023 Men’s Collection will be revealed against the backdrop of the Giza Pyramids in Egypt, the brand announced. The show will take place on December 3, 2022.
The Kim Jones designed ‘Celestial Collection’ celebrates a lifelong passion for travel, said an announcement from the brand.
This is a major move, as never has a major global fashion show been held at the Pyramids in history.
Dior has been having a major 2022, with both its collections and its collaborations, such as its highly-lauded collab with Birkenstock, keeping the brand firmly on the top echelon of high fashion.
Details of the Egypt launch are scant at the moment, but Esquire Middle East has reached out to find out if any Arab or Egyptian talent will be involved in the event, and will keep you posted as soon as we hear something.
