BTS, the kings of the K-pop world, hit the red carpet for the 2021 edition of the Grammys entirely Louis Vuitton.
Each piece is from Louis Vuitton’s Fall 2021 menswear collection by Virgil Abloh, which was launched in a film in late January.
Though BTS ended up losing the award for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance to Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande, it was still a landmark night for the group, who became the first South Korean group in history to be nominated in the category. They were nominated for their global chart-topping hit “Dynamite”.
The seven members—RM, Jin, Suga, J-hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook—began the night wearing seven different looks from the collection. The group was part of the virtual unveiling of Abloh’s collection, which purposefully mixes more casual sportswear with a modern luxury sensibility, a line that BTS themselves are often straddling.

In the photo, RM wears an all-camel ensemble complete with a hoodie and blazer-style pockets. Jin and Suga are both wearing a classic black suit, with Jin in a necktie. J-hope is in a black sweater with a large flower lapel pinned on. Jimin is in a tightly-fitted dark brown and violet suit with V in a more traditional Vuitton look. Jungkook is wearing a black blazer, but no necktie.
The group continue to be wildly popular in the Middle East, with K-pop regularly topping streaming charts across the region.
