The reality TV star’s SKIMS line immediately sold out of the non-medical face masks

Kim Kardashian West is now in the mask-making business.

The reality TV star has started selling masks, via her shapewear SKIMS line. There are five colours, including clay, sand, sienna, cocoa and onyx.

The masks – which are made of cloth and not suitable for medical services – cost US$8 a piece, and come in bundkes of 2 for US$15, and four for US$25.

Kardashian West has said she will also be donating 10,000 masks to charities, including food banks and domestic workers alliances. That goes on top of her already US$1 million donation in March.

SKIMS was launched last year, purportedly because the Kardashian was sick of cutting up shapewear and dying it her own skin tone.

Within hours of the masks going live online, they immediately sold out.

Kardashian West took to Twitter to assure fans that more were on the way:

“Unfortunately our @skims face masks have sold out today but we’re working with our local partner in LA to produce more as quickly as possible. The next batch will be available next week – please sign up to receive more details coming soon, and thank you for your support.”
