Not content with dominating the automobile market, it seems that BMW have branched out into fashion with their latest BMW M Collection. An impressive new collection from the German automotive giants that conveys the high-quality philosophies of the brand.
Containing stand-out pieces such as the exclusive Swiss-made Sellita SW 500 automatic watch (AED 7,050) which was inspired by the design of BMW’s own M4, there seems to be no holding back from the brand as they attempt to assimilate themselves into every part of our day to day life. Drive to work in your BMW. Find out your late for work on your BMW watch. Soak up your tears after getting fired with the waterproof sleeves of the brand-new BMW M Jacket. It’s total domination, really.
The BMW M Jacket is in all honesty a little too good for your tears, providing reliable warmth for all weathers and situations with an aesthetic design based on the sleek styling and sporty appearance of the BMW M4. Retailing at AED 954 it’s also a hell of a lot cheaper than a brand-new BMW. So it’s also got that going for it.
If you’re not going to be in the sort of climate where you require an all-terrain jacket (and we don’t blame you, this is the Middle East, after all. Hot is our only climate). Die-hard BMW fans can still express their passion for the brand by purchasing one of the many T-shirts included in BMW’s stylish new collection. Adorned with a subtly designed BMW M logo, these print shirts will indicate to everyone what car you drive. Wearing one of these shirts no-one will be able to look at you and say “You know, I don’t think he owns a BMW” any longer. They will all look at you and go “Yeah, I reckon that man owns and drives a BMW”. With prices starting at AED 124 they are also pretty affordable, so you don’t even need to own an M4 to look like you drive one. Though it would likely disappoint your date if you ended up going home with her in a taxi.
For those of you that want to stand out that little bit extra, the distinctive silver BMW M X-Cat sneakers (designed in conjunction with Puma) are probably just the outlandish pair of shoes you’re looking for. They might look like something the Tin Man from the Wizard of Oz discarded from set, but they will definitely turn a few heads in the unlikely scenario that your entire BMW get-up doesn’t already. Just make sure you’ve got AED 498 spare to cop yourself a pair.
As well as high-quality clothing and footwear, the new M Collection also includes accessories such as BMW M Lifestyle Headphones (retailed at a competitive AED 539) which offer you the opportunity to listen to your favourite music when you’re on the go. Or, you know, just listen to the sounds of a BMW engine because we can imagine that’s something someone who has all this BMW merch would probably like to do.
The BMW M Collection is available at shop.bmw.com and from selected BMW dealers.
