TAG Heuer and their new ambassador David Guetta have teamed up to produce a special edition ‘Calibre 7 GMT’ version of the Formula 1 watch, which was initially released in 2014. Clearly a model suited to the man himself, the watch features a thick calfskin wristband strap (inspired by club-goers’ attire), a black and blue aluminium bezel across the face and dials and is powered by an automatic calibre 7. It’s not exactly subtle, but then neither is the DJ, who’s pretty much one of the most famous disk spinners on the planet. Strapping a TAG to his wrist is a smart move by any marketing teams standards.
