Aldo is making a new Disney collection of sneakers

Aldo has teased a new collaboration with Disney to produce – what else – a range of Mickey Mouse sneakers.

Dubbed the Disney x Aldo collection, the sneakers arrive just in time for Chinese New Year (which is the year of the rat).

Not much is known about the collection, including when it will drop (Aldo says it is “coming this month”) and for how much, but we do know there will be a variety of Mickey-branded sneakers for both men and women, along with accessories such as bags and wallets.

This isn’t the first collaboration between Disney and a fashion brand. Just last week Gucci announced its Lunar New Year celebration collection including Mickey Mouse – including menswear and womenswear, t-shirts, knitwear, dress and sweatshirts.

And previously, Disney has collaborated with the likes of Lacoste, Rag & Bone and Marc Jacobs.
