Paul Smith took to the seaside for its new spring/summer 2018 collection, and it was a beach in the South of France, apparently.
Accents of colour are used throughout the collection, in order to highlight the Ocean print – which is a central theme of the collection. The new print is bright and optimistic, and looks quite similar to the classic Hawaiian shirt.
Further developing over the aquatic theme, there are graphic tuna fish motifs plastered on men’s shirts and bags, inspired by Paul’s many trips to the Tsukiji Fish Market in Tokyo.
Key products include short-sleeved shirts and outerwear for men, alongside dresses and trousers for women.
