Irish vlogger Glen Gillen recently completed that enormous feat

For most of us entering week four of lockdown, cabin fever is real. So much so that people in lockdown are finding creative ways to spend time from baking to working out at home. One man now claims that he completed 10,000 push ups in 24 hours.

Irish vlogger Glen Gillen recently posted a vlog of his attempt to do 10,000 pushups in 24 hours.

Sceptical? Yeah sadly, the video isn’t actually 24 hours long, but a bunch of time-lapses which follow the progress over the day.

He only films the first 1,000 reps to prove toallthe nyasayers out there that he’s able to do it and as a bonus, completing them in 50 sets of 20 reps. He does 1000 push ups in 49 minutes.

“It’s not too hard, it’s just boring,” he says. “It’s long and boring… If you try this, the first 1,000 is the hardest. I don’t know how it works like that.”
