Tunisian tennis superstar Ons Jabeur has signed a new sponsorship deal with Saudi female fitness brand Kayanee. Jabeur will don Kayanee apparel for the first time at the Australian Open this January.

Previously, world number six was represented by Italian sportswear brand Lotto Sport Italia.

Kayanee was established in August 2023 by the Saudi Public Investment Fund to expand Saudi Arabia’s fitness industry and promote health and lifestyle through fitness, sportswear, nutrition, and more.

The company is chaired by Saudi’s Princess Reema Bint Bandar, who expressed her excitement at the collaboration with Jabeur in a statement to The National: “We are honored to have her as our global athletic ambassador. This collaboration is not just about fitness; it’s about inspiring young women to pursue their dreams and seek their own place on an international playing field.”

The women-focused fitness brand has designed an exclusive tennis line for Jabeur, making her the first professional tennis player dressed by a Saudi brand. The current world No.6 and former world No.2 has already been pictured practicing at Melbourne Park in her custom-made Kayanee apparel.

Following the release of her TOD documentary, ‘This is Me’, and with the Australian Open around the corner, all eyes are on 27-year-old Ons Jabeur, the most successful tennis player from the Arab world.

Round 1 of the Australian Open kicks off on the 14th of January. You can watch Jabeur in action via BEIN Sports.
