As if the annual Giorgio Armani Tennis Classic was not fancy enough, this year, the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts have announced the launch of a series of exclusive doubles invitational qualifying tournaments held at four of its world-renowned properties, in the lead up to the London-based finale in June.

Looking for a unique way to blend sport and luxury hospitality in some of the world’s most captivating destinations, Four Seasons has announced “The Road to The Giorgio Armani Tennis Classic” – a jet-setting series of doubles tournaments that openly invites guests to visit some of the world’s fanciest corners to swat balls around under the guidance of tennis legends including Venus Williams, Juan Martin del Potro, Jo-Wilfriend Tsonga and Goran Ivanisevic.

At each tournament, the victors get fast-tracked to the final tournament of the series: the semi-finals and finals, held during the Giorgio Armani Tennis Classic in London.

Hosted at one of London’s hidden gems, the Hurlingham Club is a prestigious private members club with a 25-years-long waiting list. Over its 30-year history, the Giorgio Armani Tennis Classic has hosted tennis royalty such as Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic, Andy Murray and Boris Becker.

Starting in March and spanning four months, the adventure takes off in the Bahamas (March 14-16) and ends in England June 6-8), stopping by the sun-kissed coasts of Florida (April 11-13) and the glamorous French Riviera (May 2-4) along the way. The grand culmination is set for late June (June 26–28) at the illustrious Hurlingham Club in London.

As for the Four Seasons’ driven “Road to The Giorgio Armani Tennis Classic” the four-stop tour will start in the luxury hotel chain’s The Ocean Club property in the Bahamas, where the allure of Versailles-inspired gardens and Caribbean beaches awaits. Under Juan Martín del Potro’s expert watch, participants will train on the Har-Tru courts. With a spa of world-class calibre and enough gourmet dining to make a foodie’s eyes pop, the resort doubles up as both a tennis haven and a holiday retreat.

Next, slide down to Florida’s Palm Beach, where a five-star seaside sanctuary lies in wait. Renowned for its luxurious amenities and exclusive vistas, this location offers guidance from none other than seven-time Grand Slam champ Venus Williams. Count on indulging in some refined R&R with top-tier spa treatments and savoury dishes, all while enjoying beachy views and stellar coaching.

In May, the tour moves to the French Riviera’s Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat. Here you’ll hit the clay courts with Jo-Wilfried Tsonga against a backdrop of breathtaking sea views. Beyond the sporting action, there’s French elegance in every corner, from exquisite cuisines to the scenic landscapes of the Mediterranean, making it a cultural escapade as well.

June brings England into play at the Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire. Nestled within a sprawling countryside estate, the location offers a slice of traditional English charm. Wimbledon champ Goran Ivanišević is your coach here, as you enjoy all things quintessentially British – horseback rides, serene spa days, and maybe a cup of tea or two.

Participants in this grand affair won’t just refine their tennis prowess but also bask in the grandiosity of bespoke travel, marking it an event for both tennis aficionados and the luxury-inclined. If this caught your fancy, better act fast—spots are limited and promises intrigue.
