Adidas is no stranger to making big statements and/or having big stars make those statements. With the release of a new series of short films called ‘Seeing Possibilities’ the ubiquitous sports brand has enlisted the help of a galaxy of stars – including Mohamed Salah, Paul Pogba (below) and Ninja – to celebrate optimism.
Told, documentary-style, across 20 films the series provides a previously unseen side to some of the most documented individuals in the world, enabled via a powerful narrative delivered by friends or fellow athletes, and animated via resurfaced footage from the archives.

The film series is the opening chapter of adidas’ brand attitude – Impossible Is Nothing – which at its heart is about seeing possibilities with optimism to shape a better future, together, to create a more sustainable world.
In the short film dedicated to Egyptian superstar Mohamed Salah, the Golden Globe-winner Ramy Youssef narrates the story of how the footballer rose from the town of Nagrib to global fame, but also how he saw the possibility to unite people through sports and shape a better future together.
Capitalising on its global-spanning network of trailblazers, the series looks to explore the future they imagined for themselves and making it a reality.
The episodic content series premiered today with new stories dropping throughout Spring into Summer. All are available to watch here
