Singapore’s state-owned investment firm Temasek is increasing its stake in Italian luxury brand Ermenegildo ZEGNA to 10%.
According to Reuters, Temasek will buy 14.1 million shares from ZEGNA at $8.95 each, totalling $126.4 million. The deal is expected to close by July 30.
