Soon to make it’s home in the UAE capital, a brand new community complex project called Saadiyat Grove is in development on Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Island which will contain leisure facilities, retail outlets, residential homes and more within a 45,000 square meter space.
According to developer Aldar, the 10 billion dirham area will “transform the way people live, stay, shop and play.”

Opening in 2023, people can expect to mix business with pleasure as there’s going to be a Town Square, over 70 retail stores, a large gym, working space for business as well as 50,000 square metres of food outlets.

The upcoming area looks like it will connect to the Saadiyat Cultural District which is home to The Louvre Abu Dhabi and soon to be home to the Zayed National Museum, teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi, Abrahamic Family House as well as its own Natural History Museum and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi. The latter will become the largest of the four Guggenheim locations.

Art and history enthusiasts may be excited to know that Louvre Abu Dhabi will be getting its own residences which will also be a part of the project. It’ll be a residential complex consisting of 400 apartments equipped with amazing ocean views and only a short distance from the museums and other attractions.
