Where to Eat?

Maison Dali is Dubai’s most surreal new dining experience. Now open in The Opus by Dame Zaha Hadid, the restaurant is the latest brainchild of the Culinary Arts Group and Michelin-starred chef Tristin Farmer. It’s part Mediterranean brasserie, part Japanese izakaya—and 100% designed to dazzle.

Maison Dali Dubai

The space channels the mind of Salvador Dalí: moody lighting, dreamlike décor, and artistic flourishes curated by YDesign. There’s a terrace with city views, a private dining room for 12, and even a hidden Dali Supper Club for night owls in the know.

It’s all about surprise and simplicity, elevated: king crab ceviche with fermented pineapple and trout roe; smoked Lobster Donabe with sansho and truffle, wood-Fired Duck with plum kosho and hoisin; and many more.

The beverage program is just as imaginative. Maison Dali takes pride in its innovative non-alcoholic beverage programme, crafted to mirror the depth and complexity of wine and sake while perfectly complementing the menu.

Inspired by Dubai’s rich blend of cultures, Maison Dali is a concept for those who believe in the transformative power of food, artistry and human connection, serving a dining experience like no other. This isn’t just dinner—it’s a multi-sensory affair.
