The first-daughter is here to speak about women’s rights and entrepreneurship

Ivanka Trump – the senior adviser to and the daughter of US President Trump – is now in Dubai.

Trump landed earlier today and was welcomed by Mona Al Marri, Chairperson of the Dubai Women Establishment Board of Directors. She is set to deliver the keynote address at the official opening of the Global Women’s Forum here in Dubai.

Al-Marri described Ivanka Trump as “a champion of female entrepreneurship” who inspires women around the region.

“She will bring valuable insights into boosting support to women-owned enterprises and propelling female entrepreneurs across the region,” Al Marri said.

Ivanka will join other high-profile speakers, including David Malpass – the president of the World Bank Group – and Kristalina Georgieva, the managing director of the International Monetary Fund.

Organised by the Dubai Women Establishment, the event actively engages experts and leaders from around the world to help shape sustainable communities.
