Princess Beatrice, the cousin of Prince William and Prince Harry, has finally decided when she will be heading down the aisle. The daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah, Duchess of York got engaged to her boyfriend, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi late last year and due to the controversy surrounding Prince Andrew’s Jeffery Epstein scandal, she’s been keeping a low profile.
The wedding will be this May.
Beatrice and Mozzi will officially tie the knot on May 29, according to People. Though the location of the ceremony has yet to be publicly announced, it was previously reported that the queen offered Buckingham Palace for the wedding’s reception. If so, nearby locations like the Royal Military Chapel may be considered for the ceremony, sources told People. A source also told the outlet that the event would be a “low-key affair.”
The last royal wedding reception at Buckingham Palace occurred for the wedding of Prince William and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge.
After Beatrice and Mozzi announced their engagement last September, Buckingham Palace announced that the ceremony would occur in 2020.
