Just one glimpse of the Dubai roads and you can easily spot a Ferrari, Lamborghini and Mercedes among the countless other supercars out on the streets. So obviously, Dubai Police has had to invest in supercars of their own to maintain law and order. Now, rumour has it that they’ve invested in a Tesla Cybertruck.
The authority shared an image of the newly unveiled pickup on Twitter with the caption: “#CyberTruck Dubai Police – 2020”.

Speaking to Arabian Business, Major General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, confirmed the news and said that the futuristic vehicle will be deployed in tourist-dense destinations including Burj Khalifa, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, Jumeirah Beach Residence and La Mer.
In May this year, Dubai Police added the Maserati GrandTurismo to its list as well.
The Force now has a total of 15 sports cars in its fleet, according to Lt-Col Dr Mubarak Saeed Benawas Al Kutbi, Director of the Tourist Police Department.
These cars include: the Bugatti Veyron, the Lamborghini Aventador, the super luxury Bentley Continental, and even an Aston Martin One-77 (only 77 exist in the world). The list goes on, and on and on. All you have to do is think of the coolest cars in the world, and the Dubai Police probably has one of them in tis garage.
