German F1 one driver Sebastian Vettel has not been having the best of seasons. Paired with young blood Charles Leclerc at Ferrari this season, Vettel has had to dig into his reserve to outperform his teammate. And it’s been close.
Currently just one place ahead of Leclerc, there was a giant question mark when it came to Vettel’s future at Ferrari. HOwever, there’s no need to panic if you’re a fan.
Ferrari’s chief Mattia Binotto has said that the 2020 line up will stay the same.
Vettel has so far not won a championship since his move from Red Bull Racing, where he won four consequetive driver’s championships.
“We have a couple of high-level drivers and I see no reason why we have to change anything,” he told Spain’s Marca.
“Both have a contract and there is no doubt that Vettel will be with us in 2020.”
