At the English and European premiere of The Lion King, two of the most beloved couples in the world not only came face to face, but also hugged. Looking at what went down and what was discussed, it looks like Meghan Markle and Beyoncé may form a friendship over motherhood.
Meeting the Sussexes or the Carters can be a shell shock to anyone, so what exactly happens when two of the most famous couples in the world meet? They hug!
Yep, who cares about British royal protocol? When you’re Jay-Z and Beyoncé, you can get away with a lot more. Not only this, but the Carters were also running late to the premiere, arriving ‘AFTER’ the Sussexes which is a major no-no. Beyoncé and Jay-Z basically stole the limelight from Markle and Prince Harry, whom are always supposed to arrive last.

Still, it didn’t seem to faze the royal pair much, The Daily Mail released videos showing the four chatting, laughing and hugging.

What was said to one another during these embraces however makes us suspect a budding friendship in the works.
Both Beyoncé and Markle checked up on how the other was doing with their children, Markle whom recently gave birth to Archie in May and Beyoncé whom has two-year old twins and another daughter.
It’s reported Beyoncé called Markle “my princess” and added that Archie was “so beautiful”.
Beyoncé then went one step further to say “We love you guys”, pretty bold move when you’re dealing with the British royal family, though Markle didn’t mind.

The question is, just how friendly are Markle and Meghan? Back in February, the singer took to Instagram to post a tribute to Markle herself and wish her luck on her pregnancy at that point.
It seems like Beyoncé is a pretty big fan, and that Markle bonded with her over all the mum talk.
