Dubai is the nexus of some of the world’s most famous and luxurious hotels. To put it in numbers, the emirate has more than 13,300 hotel rooms in the construction pipeline and has recently opened two new five-star hotels in the city – Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai and the Mandarin Oriental Jumeira.

sbe, a New York-based hospitality group, recently revealed a partnership with World of Wonders Real Estate Development to develop the first SLS property in the Middle East and it’s going to be one of Dubai’s tallest towers.
SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences is set to open in the third quarter of 2020 and the 75-storey tower will have 254 hotel rooms, 371 residential units, 321 hotel apartments.

It added that SLS Dubai will be an essential piece of sbe’s development in the Middle East and comes soon after the brand’s successful openings of Katsuya in Kuwait City, Dubai and most recently Abu Dhabi.
Hotel guests on entering the hotel will walk through the ground atrium and take an express elevator to the opulent Sky Lobby that will be on floor 71. Floor-to-ceiling windows will grace the mixology bar with panoramic views of Dubai. The property in Downtown Dubai will also feature sbe signature culinary concepts, sbe’s mixology lounge in the lobby, as well as signature rooftop nightlife venue, Privilege. The hotel will also have two sky-high infinity pools.
