The superstar DJ (“bring the noise”) will be playing in the UAE at the end of October

Fresh off stints at super clubs in Las Vegas and Ibiza this summer, David Guetta is set to land in Dubai on October 25th to kick off Base Dubai’s LYFE.

Guetta is of course credited with making EDM popular with “the kids”, all of whom have now grown up to be those 40-somethings who stand near the front of the stage attempting to re-live the glory days of their youth (only to be reminded of the sharp price of age the very next morning).

The superstar DJ (“bring the noise”) will headline the newly re-opened Base Dubai and its LYFE ladies’ night, which kicks off at 10:00 pm provides complementary drinks for the ladies until 12 that night.

Guetta has previously been named number one DJ in the world by DJ Mag, along with Armin van Buuren, Tiesto, Avicii and every other DJ that you can remember by name.

It’s a busy month for EDM-music fans. Both Sam Feldt and Nicky Romero have been confirmed for the following week’s Corona Sunsets Festival, while later that month Martin Garrix and Dimitri Vegas will play at the BAO festival – a mash-up festival of Chinese culture and EDM music (yeah, we don’t know either) – which is being put on by ENVIE events, the guys behind Europe’s Tomorrowland Festival.
