There are few titans of automotive machinery as legendary as Maserati. With a story that began 75 years ago that continues to unfold, the iconic car manufacturer has just announced the new GranTurismo, and it’s just as awesome as you’d expect.

Combining the high performance of a sports car with the familiar comfort only found in a long distance family van, this new machine is the first in the brand’s history to adopt a fully electric powertrain. That’s right. 100% battery powered.

Considering the aesthetics, the GranTurismo design represents a perfect balance between beauty and functionality, devoid of pretension.

The new coupé is equipped with the revolutionary V6 Nettuno engine, available in two versions: the Modena, with the 490-hp 3.0-litre V6 Nettuno Twin Turbo; the high-performance Trofeo version is based on the same engine, upgraded to a maximum power of 550 hp, so be sure to grip the wheel tight.

“The return of the icon, the new GranTurismo, marks a triumphant comeback for Maserati, blending heritage with innovation, embodying the Brand’s commitment to luxury performance,” says Hamdy Elshantoury, General Manager at Maserati Middle East and Africa. “More than a car, it is a lifestyle, designed to exceed expectations and setting a new standard in the automotive world.”

Evoking the aesthetic glory of the original machine from nearly a century ago, this updated edition of the beloved GranTurismo will put your eco-conscious worries to rest as your blaze down the street.

The GT is available across the UAE, Kuwait, KSA, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain.
