In a question we fully never expect to ask ourselves, if you happen to own—or could own—every supercar that money can buy and are looking for something with a little extra oomph, what do you do? Well, if you’re a ‘leading collector’ you get Ferrari to make one for you that nobody else in the world has, of course.

The only drawback? It has so much oomph that it’s not actually street legal.

Ferarri KC23

Based on a Ferrari 488 GT3 Evo race car, the Ferrari KC23 (the name likely comes from the mysterious owners initials) is basically a track-ready plaything with a brief of depicting the future of racing. Ferrari thinks it “has a monolithic beauty, as if it were sculpted from a single block of metal”.

Despite taking some design cues from the Daytona SP3 Hypercar, the mechanicals in the KC23 come from the 488 GT3 Evo, so you’ve got a 3.9-litre twin-turbo V8 engine firing the rear wheels There’s no word on exactly what sort of punch the car is actually packing, but our friends at Top Gear claimed it to be a “radical one-off car completely free of homologation constraints”.

Clearly the car is packing in both the power and design departments, looking every inch the hyper modern concept car. The mirrors have been flipped for cameras, while a serious front end comes in a clamshell piece and features a dramatic light bar.

We just hope the owner has a big yard because, at this point, that’s the only place they’re going to be able to drive it.
