The British automaker has revealed its quickest car yet

Introducing the McLaren Sabre: the fastest two-seater supercar the British automotive marquis has ever produced.

The Sabre boasts 824 horespower – which is 20 more than the McLaren Elva – and 590 point-feet of torque. That’s all thanks to a 4-litre twin-turbo V8 engine.

While McLaren didn’t provide any acceleration umbers, it did say that the Sabre will hit a top speed of 350-kilometres per hour (quicker than any other non-hybrid model).

The car is exclusive to say the least; only 15 will be made.

Each of the cars was designed and extensively personalized by McLaren Special Operations and then only for the American Market. McLaren says that the customisation – mainly the aerodynamic elements – mean it would not pass road standards tests in Europe or Asia.

There is currently no pricing information on the Sabre supercar. But you can look forward to (maybe) seeing it hit US roads next year.
