Porsche will make a welcome return to the Super Bowl with its first advert for 23 years.
The commercial – which will simply be titled ‘The Heist’ will showcase the brand’s Taycan. According to Porsche, it will feature “an exciting chase between the first fully electric Porsche and almost a dozen iconic Porsche cars”.
The Super Bowl is widely regarded as the most-watched television broadcast of the year, and the commercials that take place during the game reach more people than any other. As such, companies and brands try to put out the most memorable adverts they can.
Over the decades, it has become standard for the Super Bowl to debut never-before-seen commercials.
The full two-minute version of the short film can already be viewed online, while the shorter one-minute version will be shown during the football game.
