At a recent exclusive event in Beirut, Infiniti Middle East finally took the velvet covers off the hotly anticipated all-new Infiniti Q30 and unveiled it in all its shiny chrome glory.
The Infiniti Q30 active is Infiniti’s first entry into the fast-growing market of premium vehicles in the Middle East, with the manufacturer hoping to drive the growth of its brand with the launch of the new vehicle.
Taking inspiration from Infiniti’s signature design cues, the Q30 delivers them with an added dynamic twist. The double-arch grille is reminiscent of the Q50, but it’s the little touches such as the added fluidity of the headlamps that separate the Q30 as a different breed of animal. The curves and lines flow up the bonnet, over the fenders, and across the body to give the car a strong and imposing silhouette.

The contrast of the long, low-slung roof-line and the car’s elevated stance like a predator ready to pounce all add to the visual impact. It doesn’t just look fast either, as the Infiniti Q30 will be available with 1.6L or 2.0L Turbo variants in a 2WD configuration to deliver 208hp and 350Nm of torque.
When equipped with front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive, the highest-performing engine in the range is capable of going from 0-to-100kph in 7.3 seconds. Which is nothing to sniff at for a car so large.
If you’re fan of high-tech cars (and you’re awful at parking) then this is definitely the beast for you.
The Q30 Premium includes LED front fog lamps, body-coloured and heated door mirrors, as well as chrome dual rectangular exhaust finishers. So if you don’t fancy driving the Q30, maybe consider using it as a piece of modern art parked outside your house. All of these finishing touches necessary in making the Q30 really stand out, with 18-inch alloy wheels also adding to the Premium grade’s striking appearance that will have everyone gawping at you along Sheikh Zayed Road should you dare to actually drive it.
If you’re fan of high-tech cars (and you’re awful at parking) then this is definitely the beast for you. The Q30 is equipped with the highest level of assistive technology available. Including Around View Monitor with Moving Object Detection, Intelligent Parking Assist, Forward Collision Warning with Forward Emergency Braking, and Blind Sport Warning. If you still can’t parallel park after all this, then we recommend you reconsider having a few driving lessons.

With a lush and spacious interior there’s plenty of room in the Q30 for you and the whole family. Just make sure nothing sticky is allowed in the car. Ever.
The all-new Infiniti Q30 is now available across the Middle East. Costs start at Dhs105,000
